As a profession continues to evolve it is important that we stay up-to-date with what’s going on educationally and legally. I find it Mrs. Dvine gave a good presentation and that it was good for counselors to attend this training no matter what level of counseling or experience that you had.
The seminar highlighted areas that I was not aware of (e.g. getting verbal consent each session). Also reiterated what was already know.
